 Hotel des Arts is a friendly family hotel in a 17th century building, with 17 spacious rooms and 2 smaller rooms. The hotel is located in the center of Amsterdam between Dam square and the Munt tower. It is the ideal starting place for your Amsterdam experience.
Hotel Facilities
Hotel des Arts has two star-level rooms. All rooms are equipped with private facilities, TV and room safe. In the lounge of the hotel you have internet access for surfing, e-mailing and to find out what’s on in Amsterdam.
Breakfast from 8 am to 10 am is included in the room rate. The charming breakfast room is decorated in traditional Dutch style. Many rooms have original beamed ceilings. The hotel stays open all night.

We are located in the center of town in the middle of the canal rings.
From the Central Station it is a 20 minute walk, or just a couple of minutes by trams 4, 16, 24 or 25. The RAI exhibition center can be reached by tram 4 in approx. 10 minutes.

| Policies |
| Reservations can be cancelled without penalty until 3 days before arrival. The first night will be charged in case of cancellations less than 3 day before arrival. Weekday (Sun-Wed) cancellations may be made without penalty until 24 hours before arrival. |
Breakfast is included in the room rate. During high season weekends, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required (2 nights on request). Period 29 Dec a minimum stay of 4 nights is required. During the IBC (11-16 september 2008), 4 night minimum stay. |
